John Byers, Production Manager
John leads with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and project management. He has overseen plant relocations as well as restructuring to gain efficiency. John’s commitment to workplace safety is priority for his team: he has conducted many safety meetings to open awareness to ensure everyone works in a safe environment. John considers himself to be a team player. He enjoys working with clients to deliver quality products which align with the goals and values of Prospec. John has an open-door policy for clients and his team and is always open to suggestions or concerns, by obtaining resolutions to promote continued growth within the company.
George Frederick Squire, Inside Sales/Estimating
George is our Inside Sales and Estimating Professional with expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates, generating proposals, and managing client relationships. Skilled in analyzing project requirements, interpreting technical specifications, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Demonstrates strong communication and organizational abilities to facilitate seamless coordination between clients, sales teams, and production departments. Known for a commitment to delivering exceptional service, meeting deadlines, and driving sales growth through precision and professionalism.
Patrick Locke, Steel Supervisor
Pat is our experienced Steel Supervisor with a proven track record of overseeing efficient, high-quality fabrication operations in structural steel production. Skilled in managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing workflow processes to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Adil Boukanadil, Production Coordinator
Adil gained his passion for welding from his father, a skilled welder. Inspired by his craftsmanship, Adil delved deeper into this profession, which has taken him through different roles, including project manager, estimator, draftsman, fitter, welder, quality control, and shop supervisor. Each position allowed him to develop his expertise. Today, as a production coordinator, he brings these experiences together to streamline operations in the welding industry, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and high-quality results in production.
Emilie Richer, Accounting/Purchasing Coordinator
Emilie is our Purchasing Coordinator with extensive experience in procurement, supplier management, and inventory control. Skilled in sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery to support seamless operations. Adept at analyzing purchasing trends, maintaining vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Known for strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
