Our Team
John Byers, Production Manager
John leads with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and project management. He has overseen plant relocations as well as restructuring to gain efficiency. John’s commitment to workplace safety is priority for his team: he has conducted many safety meetings to open awareness to ensure everyone works in a safe environment. John considers himself to be a team player. He enjoys working with clients to deliver quality products which align with the goals and values of Prospec. John has an open-door policy for clients and his team and is always open to suggestions or concerns, by obtaining resolutions to promote continued growth within the company.
Craig Brady, Sales Manager
Craig has worked as a sales professional for over 20 years, with 15 of those years spent specifically in the steel industry. He is skilled in face to face customer interactions, sales negotiations, growing client bases and managing a team of qualified representatives. He leverages these experiences and his unique blend of charisma, humour and professionalism in his role as Sales Manager at Prospec Steel Fabrication where he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
Sam Groves, Outside Sales Representative
As an experienced sales professional with nearly 7 years in industrial and commercial sales, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities. With a solid foundation in business from post-secondary education at both Laurentian and Ottawa University, Sam excels at identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions to fit every project. His passion for delivering exceptional results is matched by his commitment to providing superior service, ensuring that our clients consistently reach their goals.
William Cote, Inside Sales and Purchasing
With over 15 of experience in sales and project management, Willie honed his skills in client interactions, negotiations, and overseeing end-to-end project processes. His commitment to delivering exceptional results aligns seamlessly with Prospec. Willie navigates the intricate landscape of inside sales and creating lasting client relationships by ensuring projects are executed with precision. Willie is passionate about contributing to the continued success and growth of Prospec.
Elisa Milks (Bacik), Technical Sales and Engineering
Elisa has a strong technical foundation through her degree in Mechanical Engineering from Laurentian University and experiences in the construction and mining industries. As a Technical Sales and Engineering Lead here at Prospec Steel Fabrication, she is involved in the development of new business and technical support for our fabrication projects. In addition to the work performed at our fabrication facility, she is also frequently engaged in the on-site business development initiatives, providing support and coordination to multidisciplinary teams, and collaboration with clients and engineering teams.
Emi Rajotte, Administration Manager
Emi is integral to Prospec Steel Fabrication’s daily operations, both directing communications internally and externally and managing all other administrative activities. In her role as Administration Manager , she is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Having spent the past 15 years in office management roles, she has a proven ability to multitask, excellent organization skills and can be counted on to have tasks completed efficiently and effectively.
